Ingredients

  • 1 turkey tenderloin 1.5 lb
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage finely chopped
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Pat the turkey tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper, then rub the mixture over the turkey.
  4. Place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket and cook at 380°F for 20 to 28 minutes, turning it halfway through, until the thickest part reaches 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
  5. Transfer the turkey to a cutting board and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use an instant-read thermometer to check the thickest part without touching the basket. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 to 4 days; freeze for up to 3 months. For a lower-sodium option, reduce the kosher salt to taste.
