Ingredients

  • 4 cup apple cider chilled
  • 4 cup cranberry juice cocktail chilled
  • 4 cup ginger ale chilled
  • 1 orange medium, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 cup ice cubes for serving

Equipment

  • 1 punch bowl that holds at least 16 cups

Method

  1. In a punch bowl that holds at least 16 cups, stir together the apple cider and cranberry juice cocktail.
  2. Just before serving, gently stir in the ginger ale.
  3. Add the orange slices and cranberries.
  4. Fill 12 glasses with ice.
  5. Pour the punch over the ice.

Notes

For the best fizz, add the ginger ale just before serving. Refrigerate leftover punch without ice for up to 2 days; freezing is not recommended. For a lower-sugar option, use sugar-free ginger ale and a reduced-sugar cranberry juice cocktail.
